Our corporate creative contest 'Reading poems' has become a real celebration of soul and individuality. Each employee or team chose their favorite poem - classic, modern, or even their own creation - and shared it with colleagues. It was not just reading texts, but an opportunity to show one's inner world, emotions, experiences, and sometimes humor.

For many, it was their first experience of public speaking, helping to overcome stage fright and feel the support of colleagues. Some enchanted with the lyricism and depth of classical poets, others with the energy and creativity of their own lines. Original poems were especially warmly received - it was a real moment of discovery of talents and creative uniqueness of each.

This event contributed to bringing the team together through the art of words, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of expressing oneself, one's thoughts, and feelings within the team — as true collaboration begins with understanding and accepting others.

This competition helped me discover new facets of my colleagues and see them in a completely different light. Reading poems has become not only a creative challenge for me, but also a moment of emotional release. The feeling of support from the team is the most valuable gift I received during the competition.
